I would like to greet you all a Happy Spring and Easter day!!! Well, i just got back from our great vacay in Marinduque at Irma's place... a great day for adventures and spiritual activities.
Marinduque was known for the house of Morion... so they have a Moriones festival which they remininsced and re-enacted the life of Jesus Christ. From the start where Jesus Christ the Son was born until whe was cruxified and until he rose again.It was a great experienced for me to watch that in live.
April 1 6AM I stayed at Irma's place in mandaluyong so that we will be ready early morning to be pick-up by Kuya Caloy(Door to Door). First time to experience that DTD, which i thought that thing is for a thing of package. Door to door is a van shuttle which they will pick you up then bring to the place where you wanted. the van will be shipped included us by the so called "RO-RO". We arrived at Dalahican Quezon Seaport at around 2pm due to heavy traffic and the ship will departure at 4-5PM. We arrived at Boac Sea Port at 8pm unfortunately, we have to wait until the other ship will leave so we've waited until 9PM :( we were so dissapointed and wasted that day. We accumulated almost 1 day for travelling. We arrieved at Irma's ancestral house at 10 PM. It's good to see her Tita and Father welcoming us in their place. We ate dinner then rested.
April 2 First destination was the Sta Cruz Church which is just a few steps from their house. All the structures there were really antique. Nice to take pics but unluckily i dont have one so , just waited for my turn to take my pics there :(
2nd destination was in Busay Falls where there is like a kawa-kawa man made pool, it was a 3 layered infinity pool which the water came from the falls.
3rd destination was in Torrijos Poctoy white beach. we were excited to go there so we sneaked out from her auntie. They dont allowed us because it's Holy friday but we insisted. We enjoyed it :) we leave the beach at 4PM so that we will catch the prosisyon of the saints and then we've watched the Jesus Christ's life.
April 3 we headed to the beach again with her cousin. This time we are not excited coz we were tired of our trip yesterday and there were a lot of people there. it's good that we captured all the beautiful spots there earlier. :) But still, we tried to swim again.The sad part was, my slippers were lost :( someone stole my Php 35 lacoste slippers.The sand was sooo hot so i bought another pair. Then we go straight to the tiangge to buy pasalubongs
at around 4PM Kuya Caloy fetch us already and get back to Manila. Eventhough we were tired and restless, we enjoyed the stay there. What a lovely experienced in marinduque. Love to go there again with hubby :)
